Heading North/Clockwise on the M25

  1. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 Take the 3rd Exit at the roundabout (T4 & Cargo, A3113) 
  2. At the next roundabout take the 1st Exit (Colnbrook A3044)
  3. *** Stop following SAT NAV directions to UB7 0EW at this point ****
  4. At the next roundabout take the 1st Exit on to Bath Road (Colnbrook, Poyle)
  5. Continue along Bath Road for about 300m and Maple Parking Park & Ride will be on your right.

Heading South/Anti-Clockwise on the M25

  1. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 Following the lane that directs you to T4 & Cargo
  2. Take the 1st Exit at the roundabout (T4 & Cargo, A3113)
  3. At the next roundabout take the 1st Exit (Colnbrook A3044)
  4. *** Stop following SAT NAV directions to UB7 0EW at this point ****
  5. At the next roundabout take the 1st Exit on to Bath Road (Colnbrook, Poyle)
  6. Continue along bath road for about 300m and Maple Parking Park & Ride will be on your right

Arrival instructions

Drive to Maple Parking following the address/directions below and park up in or car park as directed then follow our arrival instructions:

  1. Proceed through the automatic barrier and vehicle inspection tunnel
  2. Follow Signs for Check-in / Arrival Bays and park up in an arrival lane or arrival bay.
  3. Unload your vehicle and proceed to Check-in

Please allow sufficient time for Maple check-in staff to complete their check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Also allow time for your transfer which can take up to 5 minutes and runs approximately every 10 minutes.

Return instructions

If you are returning ahead of schedule, Maple must have at least 24 hours’ notice (or as much notice as possible) to avoid delays and ensure that your vehicle is extracted and ready for you to drive home.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs, call Maple on 01895 549 230 and follow the directions on the return card given at check in. The bus runs every 10 mins and will bring you straight back to our car park so you can collect your keys and drive home.

Important information

Maple Parking Heathrow Express Park & Ride offers convenience and peace of mind, but there are a few important details to keep in mind before you travel. All vehicles must fit within a standard-size parking space. Oversized vehicles may be refused entry and no refunds will be issued for non-compliance.

If your return to Heathrow Terminal 5 is delayed and you exceed your booked parking duration, additional days will be charged at £20 per day (or part day). These charges apply from the day after your original return date and must be settled before vehicle collection. Receipts can be provided upon request via email.

Heathrow Parking Outside ULEZ - Navigation Advice

When using Maple Parking at Heathrow outside the ULEZ, please be aware that the official postcode (UB7 0EW) is shared with a nearby road that falls within the ULEZ Charging Zone. Some Sat Navs may mistakenly direct you into the ULEZ. To avoid unnecessary charges, stop following your Sat Nav once you reach the A3044 and follow the detailed written directions provided by Maple Parking. This ensures your journey remains non-ULEZ parking at Heathrow compliant.

Maple Parking recommends a specific route that avoids entry into the Ultra Low Emission Zone. Should you deviate from this route and enter the ULEZ, any resulting charges will be your responsibility. Maple Parking cannot be held liable for incorrect routes taken by customers or for ULEZ-related charges incurred due to navigation errors.

 

Our Post Code is shared with another road that lies within the ULEZ Charging Zone and many SAT NAVS will take you in to the Charging Zone. If you use our Post Code then please stop following your Sat Nav once you join the A3044 and instead follow the remaining written directions. Post Code is UB7 0EW. 

Maple Parking provides a suggested route that avoids the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone). Deviating from the suggested route and entering the ULEZ Charging Zone is not the responsibility of Maple Parking. In the event that your actual stay exceeds your booked stay, any additional days will incur a charge of £20.00 per day (or part day). No reimbursements will be given for partially used stays. Any payments for extra days must be settled prior to the vehicle handover, and upon request, a receipt can be sent to you via email. The vehicle owner/customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, possesses a valid MOT certificate, and holds a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are deemed unsafe or do not comply with road regulations may be declined. No refunds will be provided for the storage of illegal or unsafe vehicles.

Transfer details

The bus transfer is included in the price, takes less than 5 minutes and runs every 10-15 minutes from 4am until midnight (or in case of a delayed flights, when our last customer has been collected).

Opening times

Your booking includes a free bus transfer to Heathrow Terminal 5, running every 10-15 minutes between 4am and midnight. In cases of delayed flights, shuttle services will continue to operate until the final customer is collected. The transfer time is under five minutes, making it one of the most efficient options for non-ULEZ Heathrow parking at Terminal 5.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
